NRMA will have emailed you the offer to sign up with Squirrel Street for a free Lite account. You can accept the offer by clicking on the link in the email and by filling in your details. If they haven't emailed you already, please get in touch with them to resend the offer.
Here's what you need to know about the NRMA plan:
- You'll be able to submit up to 50 documents per month. If you wish to submit more than 50 documents or mail in hard copies for scanning by us prior to data entry, you'll need to upgrade to a premium plan. Details on our premium plans can be found here.
- Acceptable submission methods are: email, mobile phone app (iPhone or Android), Dropbox and drag and drop from your computer directly into your Squirrel Street account. Please browse our FAQ section for instructions on how to use the different submission methods available
- You'll be able to submit your monthly quota of documents for free until you stop being an NRMA Business Insurance customer. At that point, your plan will be downgraded to DIY, which means that it will still be free but we will only process up to five documents per month. Please see https://support.squirrelstreet.com/support/solutions/articles/6000035818-what-is-a-squirrel-street-diy-account- for more information.
- If you're already a Squirrel Street customer and have just received the NRMA offer, we can transfer you across to the NRMA plan. We'll need proof that you're eligible, however. Please forward a copy of your most recent applicable policy to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take it from there.
