You can do this in the User Settings tab.

1) To access all the Settings, click on your name, or the button with the image of a cog, to the top right of the screen, then select Settings.

2) Goto the User Settings tab and then select "Name and Email"

3) Insert your email and confirm it then save the changes.  You will now need to login with this email address in future.
