If you have a paying account with Squirrel Street, all documents you submit (without limit) are normally automatically processed by us. (If you have a DIY or Apple subscription however, automatic processing is capped at the limit for each plan.) To do your own data entry, you need to first cancel automatic processing for that document once it is in the processing queue.
1) To find the processing queue, login to Squirrel Street then click on Submit.
You'll then need to go to Awaiting Processing.
To the left, you'll see a list of documents awaiting processing. Click on the appropriate document to the left then click on "Cancel processing" to take it out of the queue.
Or you can cancel processing for all documents by clicking as below
Fill in the fields in the form that appears, then press "Save" at the bottom.
You can also delete this document from the queue by clicking on the Trash button at the bottom.
