We aim for 100% accuracy in all our processing. However, because our operators are only human, despite our best efforts, mistakes will inevitably crop up once in a while. With this in mind, you're welcome to request a second (or third) opinion on any document once it's in the account, with our "Reprocess Document" button.
1) Click on the document to open it in the account
2) Click on the "hamburger" menu to the top left
3) Select "Reprocess Document" in the drop down menu that appears.
This will send the document back to the data entry queue for our operators to have another look at. The good news is that the document has already been counted in your monthly allowance so will not count again.
