Note: the instructions in this FAQ apply only to the old User Interface.

1) Logon and view the receipts for the account
2) Click on "Awaiting Processing" as shown
3) Click on a document to the left to select it then cancel processing
4) If the document is a receipt, fill in the details in the fields below. If the document is another document, click on "Change type".
5) Click on "Save" at the bottom, and the document will go into the account.
The good news is that documents entered in this way will not count towards your monthly limit.
