Two solutions:
- Use any envelope to mail in receipts and other documents
If you don’t have one of our Magic Envelopes readily available, just send your documents to us in any packaging that you prefer, just make sure to include a coversheet with your name and the email address you use to login so we know which account it belongs to. (Please see the Envelopes/How do I print a coversheet? FAQ for details on how to do this)
*Note: this is not available for digital plans such as Apple or NRMA subscriptions.
