If you have a paying account with Squirrel Street, all documents you submit (without limit) are normally automatically processed by us. (If you have a DIY or Apple subscription however, automatic processing is capped at the limit for each plan.) To do your own data entry, you need to first cancel automatic processing for that document once it is in the processing queue.
To find the processing queue, login and view your receipts. You can view the queue by clicking on "Awaiting Processing" to the top right
To the left, you'll see a list of documents awaiting processing. Click on the appropriate document then click on "Cancel processing" to take it out of the queue.
Select the correct document type from the menu that appears
You can fill in the fields in the form that appears. Below is the form for receipts and invoices.
You can also delete this document from the queue by clicking on the "trash" button to the bottom right of any "edit document" form.
